DRDC Contracts with Spiri for Attritable Interceptor

Defence Research & Development Canada  (DRDC) through the Innovative Solutions Canada (ISC) program offered by Innovation, Science, and Economic Development Canada (ISED) has signed a contract with Spiri Robotics worth $172k to fund a prototype interceptor drone. Spiri was selected for this funding through a competitive challenge for Attritable Interceptors. The new interceptor will offer force protection against drone and ballistic missile strikes.
